Job summary

Airtron Heating & Cooling HVAC is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to deliver exceptional service and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems under supervision. You will troubleshoot, start-up systems, order parts, and coordinate with dispatch while ensuring safety and quality on every job.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA certification, and 1+ year of HVAC service experience, with strong communication and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA certification required.
• HVAC service experience required (1+ year).
• Solder/Brazing skills needed.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively.
• Beginner computing skills; able to use computer/tablet.
• Valid driver''s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of heating and air equipment.
• Inspect and maintain ducting and materials/equipment.
• Identify, wire, and start-up residential systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues to ensure proper operation.
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers; explain services performed.
• Order parts and prepare for daily service schedule.
• Complete paperwork and debrief with dispatch after services.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and company vehicle.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE as required.
