Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal HVAC training preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required; EPA Universal preferred.
• Current HVAC technician license/certification.
• Proven background in residential HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong diagnostic mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Clear communicator with excellent customer service skills.
