Job summary

Aire Serv of Houston Midtown is seeking a Residential HVAC Technician with a sales mindset. You will diagnose HVAC systems, explain solutions to homeowners, and present repair or replacement options during service visits.

This role requires two years of residential HVAC experience, EPA Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and comfort discussing pricing with customers. You will educate homeowners and close approved work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential HVAC systems including split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and air handlers.
• Perform HVAC repairs, replacements, and system upgrades.
• Identify system failures, safety issues, and efficiency concerns.
• Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options to homeowners.
• Explain pricing and available financing options.
• Educate customers on comfort, efficiency, and system performance.
• Close approved work during the service visit.
• Maintain a professional appearance and customer-first attitude.
