You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair homes' heating and cooling systems while delivering professional, courteous service on every call.

With a take-home company truck, gas card, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified technicians, this role offers year-round work and uncapped earning potential up to $150,000+.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of residential HVAC service experience.
• Journeyman or Master HVAC license is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service.
• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options.
• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet.
