Michael and Son Services is seeking experienced Residential Service HVAC Technicians to join a trusted Mid-Atlantic home service team. The role offers year-round work, a sign-on bonus, and uncapped earning potential with a take-home company truck and dispatch-from-home support.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of residential HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening. EPA 608 is a plus; Journeyman/Master license is a bonus.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems


• Service and maintain heating and cooling equipment, including air conditioning systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and other residential HVAC equipment


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call through professional, courteous, and solution-focused service


• Present homeowners with honest repair and replacement options


• Complete paperless work orders using a company-provided tablet
