Job summary

Duane Blanton Plumbing, Sewer, Heating & Cooling in Northern Illinois is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Manager to oversee our residential HVAC operations, including service, installation, maintenance, and customer service. You will lead a team of technicians, develop training, manage schedules, budgets, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering exceptional service.

• Ability to pass a DOT physical/drug screen and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving record; ability to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, analyze and solve problems, and work independently as well as in teams.

Position Overview:

The Residential HVAC Manager will oversee all aspects of our residential HVAC operations, including service, installation, maintenance, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Entails:

Leadership and Management:
