You will perform maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment. We seek candidates with at least one year of residential HVAC experience, strong inspection skills, and good communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• At least one year of residential HVAC experience.
• Familiar with residential heating and cooling equipment.
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• EPA Certification; NATE Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and safety inspections.
• Inspect furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment.
• Record accurate inspection findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain an efficient daily schedule.
• Protect customers' homes and leave each work area clean.
