ARS, in partnership with Columbus Worthington Air, is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers. Earn $60,000-$100,000 per year based on performance, with potential to exceed $100K annually. This is full-time, year-round work with competitive benefits.

As part of a large national provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services, you’ll lead installations, ensure code compliance, and grow your career through ongoing training and strong leadership support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Ability to lead HVAC installs with a helper
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards
