Qualifications

3–5 years residential HVAC installation experience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
Professional appearance and reliability.
Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors.
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
Track repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan).
Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services.
