• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan).
• Engage with customers to explain issues, solutions and outcomes; recommend products and services.

What You'll Do

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
