Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and ductwork.
• EPA certification preferred.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Complete installations according to manufacturer specifications, applicable codes, and safety standards.
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality checks to ensure proper operation.
• Assist with diagnosing and resolving installation-related issues.
