This role requires safe work practices and strong teamwork. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience, solid knowledge of systems, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2 years residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including split systems, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork.
• Read and interpret blueprints, installation manuals, and work orders.
• Perform system start-up, testing, balancing, and commissioning.
• Maintain compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, OSHA regulations, and safety policies.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation progress and system operation.
