The Frazier Company is a 96-year-old family owned and operated heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing company that has immediate openings for an experienced residential HVAC Installer. We work for some of Omaha's most prestigious residential home builders and remodeling companies and have the knowledge, training, and tools to tackle any project.

We are currently looking for HVAC Installers that with the help of our layout team can mark out a house, install the ductwork with either flexible ductwork or metal ductwork, and complete the rough-in phase of the project in a timely, efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• This individual must be capable of working independently or alongside coworkers depending on the scope of the project.
• It would also be helpful if this individual was capable of setting either furnaces or air‑conditioners as well as other finish tasks required to complete the installation.

Compensation

What sets us apart from our competition is the way we pay for performance. We routinely have team members on our installation team that average $35.00-$50.00 per hour every week. With our structured incentive-based pay format the harder and faster you work the more money per hour you will make.
