Qualifications
- Hands-on HVAC install or replacement experience with strong mechanical troubleshooting.
- Residential experience preferred; related HVAC backgrounds considered.
- HVAC installers and service techs with install experience welcomed.
- Sheet-metal mechanics with HVAC exposure are also suitable.
Responsibilities
- Equipment change-outs and new installations for heating and cooling.
- Ductwork fit-up, thermostat and control integration.
- System startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Compliance with code, manufacturer specs, and company standards.
