Job summary
Beacon Home Services in Northern Virginia is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers to install heating and cooling systems for homeowners in our service area. This hands-on role emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and delivering a five-star customer experience from start to finish.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience and EPA Universal Certification. You will install, test, and commission systems, educate homeowners, and maintain a neat, safe
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- EPA Certification is required (Universal EPA Certification preferred).
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems, installation practices and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems per manufacturer specifications and Beacon standards.
- Perform complete system replacements, change-outs, and new installations.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ducts, thermostats and accessories.
- Connect electrical, refrigerant, condensate, gas, and control systems safely and accurately.
- Test systems for airflow, refrigerant charge, and performance.
