Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an Installer I to complete installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories. You will communicate with customers, ensure quality work, and promote company products and services.

This role requires 0-2+ years HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, EPA and safety certifications, and the ability to read wiring diagrams and balance airflow.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 1–2+ years experience.
EPA and safety certifications required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Proficient in installing and servicing HVAC equipment and related ductwork.

Responsibilities

Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes per specifications.
Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
Design and install ducts and fittings as required.
Provide excellent customer service and gather replacement leads.
Train other installers and assist with audits and planning.
