Byrum Heating & A/C, a NearU company, is seeking a Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience installing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

You will install equipment, review job requirements, follow safety guidelines, and ensure installations meet codes and company standards while communicating professionally with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including equipment, ductwork, and ventilation components.
• Review job requirements and materials prior to installation.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete installation notes, documentation, and equipment registration.
• Assist in training junior team members when needed.
