Qualifications
- Residential HVAC installation experience required.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass background check.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductwork).
- Communicate with Lead Installer to ensure proper, prompt completion.
- Follow proper installation and safety procedures.
- Maintain clean, professional job sites.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Work as part of a team that supports each other.
- Other duties as assigned.
