A nationwide residential HVAC organization is urgently looking for an experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer Contractor to cover the North Dallas-Fort Worth area.

As the Lead HVAC Installer Contractor, you will install all brands of residential HVAC equipment such as A/C, furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, evaporators, ductless mini splits, HRVs, and related mechanical systems; meet with potential customers to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations based on their requirements and company offerings; complete weekly inventory replenishment; train and build a team of techs as business grows; etc.

COMPENSATION:

• Guaranteed End of Year Annual Compensation $80,000 - $90,000/Year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least five (5) years residential HVAC install experience
• EPA Universal or ability to obtain certification
• TDLR and/or NATE license an asset
• Customer & Sales Driven
• Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s record
• Drug-Free Work Environment

All successfully hired Lead HVAC Installers must submit to Criminal, Drug, and Driving pre-employment background checks.

SHIFT: Flexible Days, Monday - Friday. Flexible to work weekends as needed.
