Job summary

Sila Services in Stoneham, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. You’ll focus on residential installations, boiler work, and hydronic systems, delivering reliable comfort and energy efficiency.

You’ll install boilers, furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, and mini-splits, read specs, start-up equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain a clean, safe jobsite while providing a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Boiler installation experience is required.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to work in customers' homes.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems including boilers, furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps and mini-splits.
• Install and replace hydronic heating systems and boilers.
• Complete boiler piping and related installation work.
• Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping and electrical connections.
• Perform system start-ups and ensure equipment operates properly.
• Read and follow manufacturer specifications and installation requirements.
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field.
• Maintain a clean and professional jobsite.
• Provide a great experience for our customers.
• Work with apprentices and helpers as needed.
• Follow all company and safety procedures.
