Job summary

Sila Services in Stoneham, MA, is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on boiler installation experience and be strong with residential HVAC installations, including hydronic systems and ductwork.

You will work in customers' homes, follow safety procedures, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include installing boilers, furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps and mini-splits, reading manufacturer specs,

Qualifications

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Boiler installation experience required.
Strong knowledge of hydronic heating systems.
Experience installing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps and mini-splits.
Comfortable with brazing, piping, venting and system start-ups.
EPA 608 certification.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Install residential HVAC systems including boilers, furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps and mini-splits.
Install and replace hydronic heating systems and boilers.
Complete boiler piping and related installation work.
Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping and electrical connections related to HVAC equipment.
Perform system start-ups and ensure equipment operates properly.
Read and follow manufacturer specifications and installation requirements.
