Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• EPA Certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC change-outs from removal through start-up.
• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems.
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment.
• Lead HVAC installations with a helper.
• Ensure installations meet local codes and company standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience.
• Work safely while maintaining quality standards.
