Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch

Responsibilities:

• Assist installation team on residential HVAC installation
• Excellent communication with homeowners
• Manage project timelines and work scope
• Being on time, reliable, and a team player daily! - be someone we can count on!
• Ability to keep track of tools and be well-organized
• Be self-sufficient and willing to learn
• Take pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a store!
• Maintain a professional appearance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hvac lead installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building code
• Ability to train entry-level installers
• Strong communication abilities and a positive attitude
• Excellent time management and planning abilities
• An awesome attitude and is a great team player!
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
