Adams Services Co. in Tuscaloosa, AL is hiring a Residential HVAC Installer on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 5:00pm. The role involves residential and light commercial installs, including retrofit changes and new construction, with mentoring responsibilities on site.

The candidate should have EPA universal certification, 1+ years of HVAC installation experience, and a valid driver's license. Benefits begin after 90 days, with health, PTO, 401K, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork.
• EPA universal Certification.
• Lead experience desired.
• Ability to lift up to 100lb with assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Residential and light commercial retrofit/changeout installations.
• New construction installation.

• Duct Installer - Sheetmetal and Flex.
• Brazing, and testing line sets.
• Installing and testing gas piping.
• Startups and troubleshooting.
• Providing excellent customer service.
