$60,000-$70,000 annually

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM based on seasonality, with occasional weekend or off-hours support during peak season

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HVAC professional who understands residential installations but is ready for a role focused more heavily on planning, coordination, and operational support. A hybrid work option may be available based on experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• $60,000-$70,000 annual salary
