Job summary

Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Project Coordinator to translate field knowledge into detailed installation plans for sold HVAC projects. You will review photos, measurements, and scoping documents and provide crews with clear instructions to ensure quality work.

This full-time position offers a hybrid work option based on experience and a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• Extensive knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and installation practices.
• Ability to evaluate an installation and determine required equipment and materials.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review photos, measurements, scoping documents, and project information for sold residential HVAC installations.
• Build detailed installation plans and scopes of work.
• Determine the equipment, materials, parts, tools, and other resources required for each project.
• Identify potential jobsite or installation challenges in advance.
• Provide crews with clear instructions and accurate project information.
• Collaborate with the Installation Manager, Sales Manager, Comfort Consultants, and Service Team.
• Help ensure projects are properly staged and prepared for installation.
• Review completed jobs for missed details, callbacks, and recurring challenges.
