Job summary

Technibus, Inc. is seeking a motivated Residential HVAC Installation Technician to handle rough-in and trim work for home heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the north Houston / Conroe area.

You will install equipment and ductwork in new or existing residences, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Responsibilities include installing furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats; reading blueprints; maintaining

Qualifications

• Prior residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, ductwork, and thermostats.
• Perform rough-in and trim installation phases.
• Read and follow residential blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specs, and applicable codes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, builders, and team members.
• Complete daily reports and installation documentation accurately.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and HVAC installation equipment.
• Assist with material handling, inventory, and job site preparation as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
