Job summary

Scott Brothers Heating & Air is seeking a skilled residential HVAC Install Helper who takes pride in solving problems and delivering top-notch service to customers. You’ll assist with HVAC installations, system testing, calibration, and reading schematics.

Join a transparent, collaborative team with hands-on management, regular training, and clear growth paths. You’ll help ensure quality work, maintain equipment, and support apprentices while adhering to safety and code standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools.
• Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
