Scott Brothers Heating & Air is seeking a skilled residential HVAC Install Helper who takes pride in solving problems and delivering top-notch service to customers.

You’ll analyze work orders, assist with HVAC installations, calibrate systems, read schematics, and help maintain inventory and vehicles. The role supports apprentices and offers ongoing trainings and clear pathways for growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen.
• Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job.
• Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices.
• Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times.
• Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.
