Job summary

ADVANCED HEATING & AIR LLC in Cosmopolis, WA seeks an Install Helper to assist in installing HVAC equipment in residential homes, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components. You will help with duct installation, start-up, and thermostat checks, supporting the Lead Installer to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel between job sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and remain insurable under our company policy.
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather and lift up to 100 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of HVAC equipment in residential homes following manufacturer specifications and code requirements.
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting, start-up, and operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in installing duct systems and ensuring thermostats control HVAC systems properly.
• Load materials and equipment into the company vehicle and verify availability for each job.
• Adhere to safety trainings, company policies, and driving policies.
