Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Scarborough, ME, seeks an Installer Helper I to support the installation of residential HVAC systems under direct supervision. You will assist in heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, and help manage ducts, tools, and paperwork on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2 years’ experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and operate HVAC tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installer in installing HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes.
• Support duct installations and ensure work meets manufacturer specs.
• Maintain safe, neat job sites and complete paperwork accurately.
• Represent the company professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
