Job summary

Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning in Austin seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Field Operations Supervisor to lead a high-performing service team. You’ll coach technicians, coordinate daily field operations, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You’ll drive performance metrics, mentor new hires, and help shape training paths, routing, and asset stewardship to elevate the customer experience across the Austin market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC, field service, or a closely related trade.
• 3+ years leading field teams (dispatcher, lead tech, foreman, or supervisor).
• Proven customer service skills and a track record of developing others.
• Strong communication, organization, and troubleshooting ability.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office tools.
• Valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions

• Open, fast‑paced office environment with frequent field interaction.
• Regular travel by vehicle to customer homes and job sites.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather with appropriate PPE.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move up to 20 lbs frequently.
• Drive and operate a motorized passenger vehicle.
• Wear required PPE (e.g., hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, high‑visibility vests, gloves, safety-toe construction-grade boots).
• Stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods.
• Hear and distinguish speech and other sounds to safely use phones and office equipment.
• See clearly at multiple distances with normal depth perception (with or without correction).
• Communicate clearly to convey information verbally.
• Enter data via keyboard or 10-key keypad.
• Reach overhead and use hands/arms to signal, grasp, hold, lift, turn, push, and pull tools and objects.
