Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager I, Residential for the Western New York region. You will grow market share by developing relationships with distributors, contractors, and Diamond Contractors, and lead training efforts to support sales growth.

The role requires 1–3 years of residential HVAC sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or related experience
• 1–3 years sales experience, preferably HVAC
• Experience with residential contractors and distributors helpful
• Strong communication and public speaking skills
• Familiar with salesforce, a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans with distributors and contractors
• Train and support Diamond Contractors to drive sales
• Maintain contractor information in Salesforce and report monthly
• Travel up to 50% within territory for events and meetings
