Qualifications

• At least one year of experience managing a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and safe usage.
• Ability to use standard cleaning equipment within a residential building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms and common areas to health standards.
• Operate vacuum cleaners and floor polishers as required.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Carry cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Report maintenance issues to Building Maintenance Department.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations for events.
• Follow safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
