Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience managing a housekeeping department.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products and how to use them properly.
• Ability to operate residential cleaning equipment; vacuum, floor polisher, cart.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas to meet health standards.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstery; shampoo as needed.
• Empty trash and manage waste to disposal areas.
• Move cleaning supplies using wheeled carts.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Prepare rooms for meetings and arrange decorations.
• Follow safety standards and protect residents and property.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
