Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety regulations and maintain cleanliness across facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform laundry duties and operate cleaning equipment (vacuums, washer/dryer).
• Maintain sanitary and clean conditions in all resident and common areas.
• Dispose of trash daily and manage waste responsibly.
• Handle cleaning solvents and chemicals safely per regulations.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces weekly.
• Sweep and mop floors in resident rooms, corridors, and washrooms daily.
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, toilets, tubs, and showers daily.
• Check vacant rooms daily to ensure freshness.
• Report repairs or equipment issues to supervisor promptly.
• Clean air vents and monitor for spills or moisture risks.
• Follow all safety precautions in housekeeping tasks.
