Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, laundry rooms).
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents to meet high standards.
• Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
• Inspect and ensure areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
• Report maintenance or repair issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
