Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

Position Types: Full-Time (30+ hrs/week with benefits), Part-Time (under 30 hrs/week, non-benefitted), or Seasonal (flexible summer hours, non-benefitted)

Knickerbocker Group is seeking a Residential Housekeeper to join our Property Care team. This role offers steady year-round work or flexible seasonal hours, in a supportive company environment that values your skills and respects your time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, takes pride in maintaining clean and organized homes, and prefers working in beautiful Maine residences without the stress of hospitality turnover, late hours, or weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential properties to high standards
• Perform regular housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, etc.)
• Report maintenance concerns, damages, or disturbances
• Restock cleaning supplies and monitor inventory
• Communicate respectfully and proactively with teammates and clients
• Ensure equipment is used and maintained properly
• Follow safety policies and procedures
