Job summary

Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree preferred with one year of human services experience
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and daily on-site mobility
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on staffing and care needs

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure the health and safety of persons served
• Maintain compliance with DDS regulations and agency policies
• Coordinate payroll, scheduling and daily operations
• Promote HIPAA compliance and a home-like environment
• Communicate with families, guardians, and healthcare providers
• Prepare staff meetings and supervise assistants
