Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring a full-time house cleaner. No experience is required—we provide training, supplies, and all appointments to help you succeed. Earn a guaranteed wage of $17/hour with potential to make up to $22/hour and up to $800 per week with tips.

A company car is provided for work so you don't put miles on your own vehicle. Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, in a supportive team. There are advancement opportunities as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
• Bilingual preferred.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this job is $17.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Make them feel like you care about their home, and you’ll win here.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.


• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
