Job summary

Molly Maid is hiring in the New York area for a full-time house cleaner. No experience required; training provided, advancement opportunities, and daytime hours. You’ll receive cleaning supplies and, where applicable, a company car, with pay that includes tips.

You will clean customers’ homes to Molly Maid standards and communicate professionally with clients. Minimum requirements: work authorization in the United States and ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (mop, vacuum, dust, etc).
• Available to work Monday–Friday, daytime hours (7am–4pm).
• Bilingual preferred, can communicate with clients.

The pay range for this job is $17.00 to $22.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.

Job Requirements
