Molly Maid is hiring full-time house cleaners in the United States. You will clean homes to Molly Maid standards, earn a guaranteed base wage with tips, and enjoy a clear schedule with no nights or weekends. A company car is provided and paid training helps you grow.

You can earn up to weekly pay with tips, and the role includes paid time off and health benefits; advancement opportunities exist as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45am to 5:30pm.

They pay range for this job is $15.00 to $17.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner.

No Experience Required!

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about cleaning houses using our proven process. You’ll delight customers with our simple system, so they keep coming back.

Receive a guaranteed minimum wage of $15.00 per hour with the ability to make up to $650.00 per week, paid weekly. If you have a valid driver’s license and can drive a company car, EARN EVEN MORE!

If you’re a team lead (driving our vehicle):

• Manage the team’s schedule and drive safely – The team lead is responsible for driving themselves and their team.
• Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
