Cleaner Requirements

• Driver's license (not mandatory but preferable).
• Ability to focus on details to professionally clean home or office.
• Ability to get to work on time, be reliable and consistent.

Responsibilities Of The Cleaner

• Work in cooperation with team members to provide efficient and timely service.
• Improve the quality of life of our customers by recognizing and responding to their priorities.
• Follow Maid Brigade's cleaning system to provide excellent customer service.

Benefits Offered To Cleaners

• Stable income and good wages.
• Paid training program.
• Starting pay base $15, increasing to $17 with a driver's license.
• Potential to earn up to $17 per hour depending on experience, productivity bonuses, and tipping opportunities. Plus, $150 cash after completing a 90-day probation.
