Job Location: Rockwood - Portland, OR

Salary Range: $21.50 - $22.00 Hourly

Description

Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Residential Cleaner to join the team at our Aviva Apartments in downtown Rockwood. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the organization, neatness, and sanitation of the resident apartments.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Pay: $21.50 - $22.00 per hour

Shift: Full-time

Main Responsibilities:

• Wipe down various surfaces around the facility
• Clean and sanitize apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Vacuum, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a spotless living space
• Clean mirrors, sinks, showers, countertops, and disinfect as appropriate
• Ensure apartments are guest-ready or move-in ready for new tenants
• Report all repair items to the facilities supervisor or manager
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Language Requirement

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smartphone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management.
