Qualifications

• No experience required - Century 21 Action Plus Realty trains Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and networking.
• Schedule and run showings; present and negotiate offers; guide clients through financing and inspections.
• Manage contracts from accepted offer through closing; participate in team meetings and coaching.
