Job summary

Hattie Larlham is seeking a Residential Coordinator (RC) to perform DSP responsibilities and oversee health care, nutrition, and household management for individuals served. Located in Northwest Columbus / Hilliard, OH, this 1st shift role offers a 40-hour workweek and competitive starting pay with shift differential.

The RC will require prior direct care experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid Ohio driver’s license with insurance.

The Hattie Larlham Residential Coordinator (RC) performs all of the responsibilities and duties of the Direct Support Professional (DSP) and is responsible for health care, nutrition, and household management for the individuals served.

Opening

• Residential Coordinator (RC)
• Located in Northwest Columbus / Hilliard, OH
• 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week

Requirements

• Previous direct care experience in a related field.
• Minimum of High School Education Diploma or equivalent.
• Ohio Driver's license with five points or less, and current auto insurance are required.
• Personal vehicle with proof of liability insurance required.
• Must have sufficient physical strength to lift and assist individuals.
