The role offers year-round, full-time work and competitive pay with growth potential. Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 annually plus commission, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 depending on experience and interview.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment.
