Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring skilled residential HVAC technicians in the Harrisonburg area. You will troubleshoot, service and repair residential HVAC systems with comprehensive training, professional tools, and the backing of a strong leadership network.

We offer a generous pay range of $75,000 to $120,000 annually, plus an hourly commission opportunity and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 depending on experience and interview performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment.
