Opportunity Partners seeks a Residential Program Supervisor II to support people with disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help increase independence and quality of life, guiding a team and coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Must meet the Designated Coordinator qualifications listed below.
• Designated Coordinator options include degrees or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support people with disabilities to live independently and participate in the community.
• Participate in individual planning and collaborate with care team.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and provide training.
• Manage staffing schedules and attend staff training.
• Coordinate medical appointments and provide medication administration.

Bachelor’s degree related field

Associate degree related field

Postsecondary diploma related field

50 hours education & 4 years direct care experience
