Vintage Corporation is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas of a multi-family residential community in Berthoud, CO. The role ensures the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained for current and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities include routine grounds care, minor repairs, and coordinating with the management team. Requires ability to operate maintenance equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and use PPE; solid English communication and a valid license are needed.

Competenze

• Maintenance/Grounds experience in residential/multi-family properties or a similar setting.
• Pool certification preferred; educational opportunities are available for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation with sufficient automobile insurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English communication.

Mansioni

• Perform regular property grounds maintenance, including trash clean-up, pet waste clean-up, weed clean-up, and minor landscaping.
• Pressure washing surfaces including but not limited to; concrete, and siding.
• Process minor work orders for repairs in occupied units.
• Perform minor repair tasks in vacant units to prepare them for move-in.
• Support and contribute positively to the community team.
